Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To support innovative care programs, the remote Senior Product Designer will design human-centered experiences, tackle undefined problems, and drive the design process from concept to execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prototype human-centered experiences that facilitate lasting health changes
• Frame and define problems, identifying opportunities across member and care team experiences
• Drive the end-to-end design process, utilizing rapid prototyping and iterative cycles for validation and execution

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design, particularly in early-stage product development
• Experience designing for health, wellness, or complex human-centered domains
• Proficiency in designing and shipping high-quality digital products for mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
• Strong skills in interaction and visual design, with a focus on quality and detail
• Experience using AI tools in the design workflow for prototyping and concept development
