Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the experience design of the learning platform, the full-time Senior Product Designer will create user flows, manage the design system, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to enhance the educational experience remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows, navigation, and information architecture, documenting them as wireframes and specifications for engineers
• Own and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across the platform
• Conduct product discovery by engaging with users and stakeholders to identify needs for platform areas and internal tools

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing web products end-to-end, with a portfolio demonstrating design thinking and process
• Strong skills in information architecture and interaction design, capable of producing clear navigation models and specifications
• Experience in user discovery and defining needs without waiting for a fully specified brief
• Experience building or contributing to a design system
• Proficiency in creating engineer-ready artifacts using Figma or similar tools
