Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Driving renter acquisition and engagement through design, the full-time Senior Product Designer will create visually rich experiences, champion brand design, and collaborate openly while working remotely within the US.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design of interactive experiences that attract, convert, and delight renters
• Champion visual design and identify opportunities for product improvement beyond immediate scope
• Spot problems early, communicate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience shipping consumer or B2C digital products end-to-end
• Mastery of Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototyping
• Strong product strategy skills connecting user needs to business outcomes
• Deep user empathy with excellent collaboration skills across various teams
• Experience with AI design tools and a portfolio showcasing visually exciting work
