Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Product Designer will craft intuitive user experiences, advocate for user-centered design, and lead design efforts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide design leadership and facilitate workshops to align teams around a shared vision
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and present insights

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration platforms
• Strong knowledge of user research methods and experience in usability testing
• Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills within agile or cross-functional teams
• A well-rounded product design portfolio showcasing result-driven case studies
