Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design process from problem definition to launch, the full-time Senior Product Designer will transform complex financial workflows into intuitive user experiences while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end design work across core product areas, ensuring a seamless transition from strategy to execution
• Develop interactive prototypes and high-quality production-ready designs while contributing to product strategy and roadmap decisions
• Lead user research initiatives and evolve the design system to maintain consistency and quality in user experiences

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of product design experience with a proven track record of shipping successful products across mobile and desktop
• A strong portfolio showcasing product thinking and exceptional visual and interaction design skills
• Experience designing complex systems in B2B, SaaS, or fintech environments
• Proficiency in prototyping tools, particularly Figma, and the ability to communicate design decisions effectively
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on feedback and team improvement
