Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design experience, the full-time Senior Product Designer will lead the design for web, mobile, email, and system workflows in a remote capacity, focusing on transforming complex operational and data workflows into clear, usable product experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and iterate user interfaces using Figma, ensuring consistency across all platforms
• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions and improve user outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and take ownership of design quality and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or data-heavy environments
• Expert-level skills in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping
• Proven experience as a primary designer managing design across an entire product or platform
• Strong UX systems thinking with the ability to model complex workflows
• Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows and decision-making
