Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading the design of member-facing programs, the remote Staff Product Designer will architect end-to-end service journeys, create compelling visuals, and drive comprehensive service design to enhance user engagement and program adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Define user personas and value propositions based on research insights to address unique member needs
• Architect tailored enrollment flows and design experiences that facilitate seamless transitions from program discovery to active participation
• Drive the design of interconnected touchpoints across physical and digital ecosystems to enhance the overall user experience

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of UX/product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-end visual design and complex journey mapping
• Bachelor's degree in design, service design, HCI, or a related field
• Proven experience in conducting user research and translating insights into effective product flows
• Experience designing complex consumer enrollment flows or digital healthcare journeys
• Strong understanding of hardware-software integrations and logistical workflows
