Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer, this full-time remote position will lead end-to-end design for software solutions, focusing on creating intuitive user experiences through strong UX research and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead design for features that enhance data collection and patient experience across mobile and web products
• Plan, conduct, and synthesize UX research to inform product strategy and validate design decisions
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that simplify complex clinical workflows and ensure consistency across products

Required qualifications:

• 7-10 years of product design experience, particularly in healthcare or regulated environments
• Strong UX research skills, including user research planning and analysis
• Experience in mobile and web application design, with a robust portfolio showcasing relevant work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Figjam
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows through effective interaction design and prototyping
