Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design process from discovery to delivery, the remote Senior Product Designer will create intuitive interfaces for clinician and partner-facing products while driving UX research and maintaining a coherent design system.

Key Responsibilities

• Own discovery through delivery for internal and clinician-facing products
• Translate complex workflows into visually refined interfaces
• Drive UX research and user testing to inform design decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
• Deep expertise in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
• Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy tools
• Ability to operate independently across the design process
• Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale
