Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading design projects from concept to completion, the remote Senior/Staff Product Designer will utilize user-centered design processes to create high-quality product experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams and addressing operational risks in demanding environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design projects, ensuring high-quality, user-centered product experiences
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather feedback and negotiate design trade-offs
• Develop a strong understanding of ML and AI technologies to enhance user experiences and maintain a cohesive design system

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design or related fields
• Proven ability to simplify complex operational challenges into intuitive design solutions
• Demonstrable experience working cross-functionally with engineers and product managers
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and design systems
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and programming concepts
