Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Product Designer will own design projects from discovery to launch, focusing on user-facing features and internal tools for the Financial Incentives team while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the claims and payments engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own design projects end-to-end, from discovery and concepting through to launch
• Design internal tools and user-facing features, addressing high-impact problems in payments, claims, and eligibility
• Lead user research efforts to integrate user insights into the design process

Required qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience designing digital products, including internal tools and consumer-facing applications
• Strong product thinking and systems-level problem-solving skills
• Experience with end-to-end design from ideation to implementation support
• Proficiency in working with component libraries, design systems, and prototyping tools
• A willingness to adapt and contribute in a rapidly evolving startup environment
