Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design activities for customer-facing digital products and enterprise software, collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering to drive user-centered design initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product design activities from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives
• Conduct user research and usability evaluations to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve product usability and measure design impact on customer outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Product Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design, particularly with enterprise software or SaaS platforms
• Proven ability to independently drive discovery and translate research insights into product decisions
• Experience with product analytics and using data to inform design choices
• Fluency in Figma, including prototyping and design system contributions
