Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Hands-on and experienced, the full-time Senior Product Designer will shape the mobile loyalty and membership experience by designing customer-centered product experiences across the mobile app and web, focusing on loyalty, rewards, and retention in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product design for mobile-first loyalty, rewards, membership, and retention experiences
• Design and iterate customer journeys to enhance user understanding of member benefits and facilitate account management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and business goals into effective design solutions

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of hands-on product design experience, particularly in mobile-first consumer products
• Direct experience in designing loyalty, rewards, or membership-focused customer experiences
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile UI design, interaction design, and measurable product outcomes
• Proficient in Figma and experience with design systems and documentation
• Ability to utilize research and analytics to inform design decisions and optimize user engagement
