Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer for a full-time remote position who will lead the design of intuitive interfaces that transform complex geospatial data and wildfire risk analytics into actionable insights, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for high-impact features, delivering quality designs quickly
• Conduct user research and create user journey maps to inform design decisions and improve user experiences
• Design innovative data visualizations and dashboards that simplify complex information for decision-making

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Product or UX Designer, including senior or lead roles
• Experience designing geospatial interfaces or GIS-based systems
• Mastery of Figma and proficiency with AI-powered design tools and rapid iteration workflows
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in data visualization and complex information architecture
• Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
