Job Summary

Taking full ownership of the member-facing experience, the remote Senior Staff Product Designer will shape AI-native design at Maven by leading complex projects, defining AI behavior in high-stakes contexts, and mentoring team members while driving strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end experience across complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery
• Define AI behavior in high-stakes contexts to build trust and communicate uncertainty effectively
• Develop functional, high-fidelity prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools and create scalable design patterns

Required qualifications

• Deep AI fluency with experience using AI tools like Claude, Figma AI, or Cursor
• Proven ability to create working prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools
• Experience in driving complex projects across multiple teams without direct authority
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic ownership and design quality
• Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web
