Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end design projects for the Windchill PLM solution, the full-time Senior Product Designer will focus on enhancing user experience through intuitive workflows and AI-driven features, collaborating with product managers and engineers in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define interaction, behavior, workflows, and information architecture for Windchill NextGen UX
• Conduct structured discovery and usability research to validate design concepts with users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features that balance user needs and technical constraints

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HCI/UX, Human Factors, Interaction Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of professional product design experience
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, including complex workflows and shipped outcomes
• Strong ability to synthesize user research, product requirements, and technical constraints into design solutions
• Expertise in designing interactive applications for web and/or desktop
