Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading design quality and experience coherence across a full product ecosystem, the full-time Senior Staff Product Designer will engage in hands-on design leadership while managing a small team, focusing on complex provider acquisition flows and cohesive cross-experience journeys in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own experience quality across consumer and provider surfaces, including web applications and onboarding funnels
• Act as the primary design partner to Product leadership, co-owning experience strategy and roadmap prioritization
• Manage and develop a small team of designers, fostering a culture of high craft standards and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 6-10+ years of product design experience with ownership of complex, multi-surface products
• Proven track record as a principal-level individual contributor shaping product direction
• Experience managing a small team while maintaining hands-on design involvement
• Strong systems thinking and deep experience designing acquisition or conversion-focused flows
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional partners
