Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Driving design and execution for strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Product Designer will lead large projects, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and engage directly with customers to deliver impactful design solutions in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large, ambiguous projects to ship high-impact designs that provide significant value to customers and the business
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams on strategy, planning, and execution
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, validate designs, and inform overall strategy

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience with a focus on UX/UI for web and mobile applications
• Proven expertise in interaction and visual design, supported by a strong portfolio or case studies
• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Figma Make) to enhance design workflows
• Track record of strategic influence and successfully shipping impactful designs
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional partners and engaging with customers for research and strategy
