Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a methodical and systems-minded Senior Product Designer to join the Measurement & Conversion team in a full-time remote capacity, responsible for owning high-impact projects, designing end-to-end workflows for advertisers, and simplifying complex data into intuitive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute high-impact projects related to Measurement, Conversions, and AI products
• Design end-to-end workflows for tracking conversions and optimizing measurement performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-centric and data-informed design solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in B2B tools within advertising or enterprise ecosystems
• Proven track record of shipping and iterating on digital ad products in collaboration with product management and engineering
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft and measurable impact, including proficiency in prototyping
• Fluency in AI-assisted design tools such as Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude
• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, or equivalent experience
