Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To enhance customer trust during financial disputes, the full-time Senior Product Designer will design end-to-end dispute experiences across various banking platforms, simplifying complex workflows and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design of cohesive dispute experiences across Business and Personal Banking, integrating customer journeys, investigator tools, and operational systems
• Simplify regulatory and operational complexities into intuitive experiences that support efficient decision-making for investigators
• Create transparent and trustworthy experiences that help customers navigate stressful financial situations while balancing compliance and business needs

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience with ownership of end-to-end projects in complex domains
• Experience designing sophisticated workflows and service experiences across multiple touchpoints
• Strong systems thinking ability to understand the impact of decisions on the broader product ecosystem
• Exceptional interaction and visual design skills, demonstrated through a relevant portfolio
• Proven ability to ground design decisions in research and customer insights, thriving in collaborative environments
