Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Senior Product Designer will work remotely to enhance the user experience of a client-facing legal technology platform by identifying friction points, simplifying complex workflows, and designing intuitive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and conduct usability testing to identify opportunities for improvement
• Design new product features and improve existing workflows, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers
• Establish and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring consistency across the product experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field
• Experience designing SaaS or web-based applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and workflow optimization
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and expertise in user flows, wireframing, and prototyping
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers
