Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To enhance the user experience of a client-facing legal technology platform, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will focus on user research, product design, and establishing scalable design systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve usability and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and conduct usability testing to identify friction points and improve client workflows
• Design new product features and enhance existing workflows, ensuring intuitive user experiences
• Establish and maintain a scalable design system, creating reusable design patterns and components

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field
• Experience designing SaaS or web-based applications with complex workflows
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX problem-solving and workflow optimization
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and expertise in user flows, wireframing, and prototyping
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers
