Job Summary

Thriving in complexity, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will own end-to-end design for Fountain's CRM product, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful user experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for Fountain's CRM product from discovery through delivery
• Design user-centered experiences that enhance recruiter efficiency and improve hiring outcomes
• Conduct user research to understand needs and validate design solutions

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of product design experience in high-complexity B2B SaaS with a strong portfolio
• Exceptional interaction design and visual craft with a command of usability best practices
• Expert-level proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma, and familiarity with AI tools
• Experience in user research and validation to uncover user needs
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to balance user needs with business goals
