Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Experienced designers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Product Designer, responsible for leading the design of Fountain's CRM product from discovery through delivery, creating user-centered experiences, and conducting user research to inform design decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design process for Fountain's CRM product, ensuring user needs and business objectives are met
• Design intuitive user experiences that simplify complex workflows and enhance recruiter efficiency
• Conduct user research to validate design solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in high-complexity B2B SaaS, with a strong portfolio
• Exceptional interaction design and visual craft, demonstrating usability best practices
• Expert-level proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma, and familiarity with AI design tools
• Experience in user research and validation, with a strong ability to lead discovery processes
• Strong sense of ownership and exceptional communication skills to advocate for design quality
