Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning complex product challenges, the full-time Senior Product Designer will design end-to-end user journeys and workflows for financial tools, collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex product problems from discovery through delivery, defining what to build and measuring success
• Design end-to-end journeys and high-fidelity experiences across web and mobile products
• Prototype concepts to explore ideas and align stakeholders, while contributing to and evolving the design system

Required qualifications

• Experience designing digital products, preferably in fintech or related complex domains
• A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and interaction design excellence
• Ability to connect customer needs with business objectives and technical constraints
• Experience navigating ambiguity and driving work independently
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices is a plus
