Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Product Designer will own the discovery and design process for complex user problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the experience of IT administrators and security professionals using the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Own discovery and design on undefined problems, guiding projects from early framing through delivery and QA
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to transform vague issues into well-reasoned, shippable solutions
• Engage in the implementation process across various surfaces, ensuring feedback is integrated throughout the design work

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex projects
• Experience with technically sophisticated B2B or infrastructure products, leading discovery processes proactively
• Strong ability to articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage workload effectively and adapt to shifting project priorities
• Experience working in distributed and asynchronous environments
