Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To drive impactful design initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end user experience for their product area, simplify complex workflows, and contribute to AI-driven features while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive design outputs, including annotated flows and prototypes, ensuring alignment with the design system
• Simplify complex user interactions and deliver intuitive solutions for sophisticated financial data workflows
• Conduct user research and analyze product analytics to inform design decisions and measure impact

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of shipped work
• Proven experience designing for complex B2B or Enterprise SaaS products, ideally in data-heavy domains
• Fluency with modern design tools, particularly Figma, and comfort with AI-powered design tools
• Experience designing AI/ML-driven features with a focus on trust and explainability
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality design outputs
