Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Defining the future of agentic UX in financial services, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will own the experience definition for a product team, focusing on the design of AI interactions and maintaining a design system that enhances user experience for advisors and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the experience definition for advisor and client interactions with the platform, ensuring seamless AI message rendering
• Design visual and behavioral patterns for AI participation, distinguishing AI messages from human interactions
• Prototype quickly and evaluate concepts using AI-assisted tools, validating designs on functional prototypes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing systems thinking and strong visual craft
• Demonstrated experience designing for AI or ML-driven products, understanding non-deterministic systems
• Deep proficiency with Figma, including component architecture and design tokens
• Experience building or contributing to a shared design system, including governance and documentation
• Ability to prototype in code or with AI-assisted tools without waiting for engineering
