Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To influence product strategy at the highest level, the full-time Senior Product Designer will lead design initiatives across complex workflows and system interfaces, collaborating with product and engineering teams while mentoring other designers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to design for CoLab's platform, partnering with product and engineering leads to shape roadmap and architecture decisions
• Translate complex requirements into clear, usable, and scalable design solutions while elevating design quality across the product
• Plan and conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and other research activities to inform product direction and design decisions

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product or UX design experience, with at least 4 in enterprise SaaS
• Deep experience designing complex systems, admin tools, or enterprise platform features
• Strong UX architecture skills and systems thinking, with the ability to design for scale and change
• Fluency in Figma and structured design systems
• Experience conducting customer discovery and usability testing throughout the product development process
