Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To support groundbreaking innovation in agentic marketing, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will create and iterate on tools for marketing teams using the Agents product suite, focusing on rapid design and product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Build new products in uncharted territory through 0-1 innovation
• Rapidly iterate designs and prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Conduct customer research sessions to synthesize insights and influence product direction

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping user-friendly features in technical spaces, preferably B2B data or marketing products
• Strong curiosity about AI and experience with emerging technologies
• Exceptional visual, UI, and interaction design skills
• Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Cursor, Framer, or Claude Code is a bonus
• Team player mentality with a focus on collaboration and understanding
