Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Product Designer to work remotely, who will own the end-to-end design of major product enhancements within Check Console, translating complex payroll systems into intuitive user experiences while collaborating closely with engineering and product leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design process from problem framing to shipped experience for product enhancements
• Translate complex payroll systems into intuitive user experiences and improve existing product patterns
• Conduct user research to uncover insights and validate design decisions, elevating visual and interaction design

Required qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a similar role
• Strong UX instincts with the ability to simplify complex systems and workflows
• Experience designing workflow-driven products or operational software
• A portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and strong visual design craft
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product improvements
