Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Senior Product Designer will work remotely to enhance the user experience of a client-facing legal technology platform by analyzing user behavior, designing intuitive workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize complex processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify friction points and improve client workflows
• Design new product features and enhance existing workflows, ensuring intuitive user experiences
• Establish and maintain a scalable design system while defining UX standards and best practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field
• Experience designing SaaS or web-based applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and workflow optimization
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and expertise in interaction design
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers
