Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To enhance the client experience on a legal technology platform, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will focus on user experience, workflow optimization, and product design by analyzing user behavior, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and scalable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and conduct usability testing to identify friction points and improve client workflows
• Design new product features and improve existing workflows, ensuring intuitive user experiences
• Establish and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components and UX standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field
• Experience designing SaaS or web-based applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and workflow optimization
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and expertise in user flows and interaction design
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers
