Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Driving user experience and interaction quality, the full-time Senior Product Designer will leverage AI to create intuitive and delightful experiences across the Babylist ecosystem, collaborating with product managers and engineers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the experience layer across customer journeys, ensuring holistic user flows and interaction patterns
• Design and build experiences that address user needs and drive business outcomes through sound judgment
• Conduct user research to ground design decisions in real user behavior and create fast feedback loops for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing consumer products across web and mobile
• Ability to write production frontend code and contribute to design systems
• Experience leveraging AI tools for rapid prototyping and design iteration
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers
