Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design of a product area end-to-end, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will manage strategy, user flows, and implementation while actively contributing to the design system and collaborating closely with engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design process from strategy through to shipped quality, ensuring user flows are seamless and effective
• Collaborate with engineering during implementation to close the design-to-product gap and contribute directly in code
• Mentor junior designers through pairing and critique, fostering a culture of growth and quality in design work

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing craft and ownership
• Proven ability to design end-to-end experiences, considering edge cases and recovery paths
• Experience working with design systems and contributing to their development and extension
• Background in designing AI-involved interfaces and addressing design challenges related to uncertainty and latency
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments with complex, data-driven interfaces
