Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams, the full-time Senior Product Designer will tackle complex B2B workflows and design intuitive, high-impact experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design complex B2B workflows and data-rich interfaces while maintaining high quality amidst shifting priorities
• Work across multiple product areas, making judgment calls and advocating for design ideas
• Measure success based on the effectiveness of solutions for customers, rather than just adherence to mockups

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped B2B or enterprise products
• Strong product thinking that connects design decisions to business context and user outcomes
• Ability to give and receive direct feedback, demonstrating resilience and confidence in discussions
• Curiosity and a growth mindset, emphasizing learning and thoughtful design approaches
• A can-do attitude with a comfort in balancing speed and quality in a fast-paced environment
