Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Product Designer will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to create user-friendly, data-rich interfaces for an observability platform, focusing on end-to-end product design from discovery to production.

Key responsibilities

• Design complex, data-rich interfaces that meet user needs while maintaining clarity and usability
• Engage with customers to inform design decisions based on real workflows and challenges
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to rapidly prototype and iterate on design concepts throughout the development process

Required qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in digital product design, particularly for complex technical products
• A strong portfolio showcasing experience with data-rich interfaces and systems-oriented workflows
• Experience designing for developer platforms, observability tools, or other technical domains
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and influence product direction through systems thinking
• Proficiency in creating component-based design patterns and working with established design systems
