Job Summary

Driving the modernization of consumer web booking experiences, the full-time salaried Senior Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design of a branded mobile app across iOS and Android, focusing on creating elegant, scalable, and customer-centric solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of mobile app appointment, class, and checkout flows, ensuring a cohesive user experience
• Identify experience gaps and drive strategic product thinking to enhance conversion and consumer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals and shape product strategy

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, particularly in consumer-facing mobile applications
• Proven track record of shipping polished apps to the App Store and Play Store
• Deep understanding of user empathy and product intuition, supported by qualitative and quantitative insights
• Experience designing for scale or multi-brand systems with a focus on user-centered design
• Strong collaboration skills, capable of elevating team output through feedback and leadership
