Job Summary

Leading the design of patient-facing product experiences, the full-time Senior Product Designer will create intuitive designs for patient conversion flows, scheduling, payments, and telehealth sessions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create seamless user-centered experiences across the patient journey, including onboarding and telehealth sessions
• Build and maintain scalable design systems while conducting user research to validate design decisions
• Incorporate AI tools into the design process to enhance patient matching and overall experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing consumer digital products
• Deep understanding of conversion funnels, payment experiences, and user psychology
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and willingness to experiment with AI-assisted workflows
• Experience in resource-constrained, high-velocity environments with a track record of shipping polished designs
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries
