Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Product Designer working remotely in the CT/ET timezone, who will own end-to-end design processes, create scalable systems and interfaces, and collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to bring innovative solutions to life.

Key responsibilities

• Own problems from discovery through to shipped product, ensuring user-centered design
• Design simple, scalable, and high-quality flows, systems, and interfaces
• Prototype and validate ideas quickly, collaborating deeply with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product design with a focus on end-to-end processes
• Strong ability to prototype and validate ideas using modern tools
• Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers on implementation
• Deep understanding of user needs, particularly in educational contexts
• Ability to mentor other designers and contribute to team growth
