Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading design and delivery of engaging digital experiences, the remote Senior Product Designer will manage multiple client engagements, creating user-centered websites in Webflow while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX and visual design for websites and digital experiences across various client projects
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, while building responsive, production-ready websites in Webflow
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to define user experience and optimize websites for usability, accessibility, and SEO

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of UX/UI, Product, or Digital Design experience, preferably in an agency or consulting environment
• 2+ years of experience building production-ready websites in Webflow
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Webflow, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design ownership
• Experience with scalable Webflow websites using CMS Collections, Components, and design systems
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility standards, and information architecture
