Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To shape the next chapter of the OASIS platform, the full-time Senior Product Designer will own end-to-end design processes, from problem framing to launch, while collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering in a dynamic, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for major surfaces of the OASIS platform, from problem framing through launch
• Prototype early and often to test ideas before they enter the development sprint
• Conduct user research with internal users and clients to inform design decisions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or AI products
• Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual craft
• Fluency in rapid prototyping tools such as Figma and Lovable
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution independently
• Strong strategic thinking with a focus on both long-term vision and detailed execution
