Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To shape the next generation of enterprise insurance technology, the full-time Senior Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product design process, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to design scalable experiences for enterprise applications
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for human-centered design principles across projects

Required qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of experience in Product Design or UX Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking on complex SaaS products
• Expertise in Figma, interactive prototyping, and design systems
• Experience designing data-rich, workflow-driven enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards
