Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the UX/UI design across the Snacks brand portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will lead the development of scalable design systems, optimize site performance, and enhance user flows to drive conversion in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design across the full funnel, focusing on conversion optimization
• Design experiences for new product and brand launches that align with packaging quality
• Manage and mentor a direct report while overseeing the evolution of the cross-brand design system

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in product/UX/UI design, with 3+ years in premium DTC ecommerce on Shopify or Shopify Plus
• Experience building or rebuilding a design system from the ground up
• A portfolio showcasing premium, on-brand design work
• Deep understanding of DTC funnel mechanics and design decisions in conversion terms
• Proficient in Figma and utilizing AI to enhance the design process
