Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design of targeted initiatives within a Product Team, the full-time Senior Product Designer will engage in customer research, rapid prototyping, and collaborative problem-solving to ensure user-centered solutions that drive product and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth customer research to uncover unarticulated needs and shape product direction
• Create prototypes and user journeys, balancing customer needs with brand and technical constraints
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Leads to document design intent and present strategic recommendations

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in human-centered design and systems thinking with a track record of end-to-end design ownership
• Ability to conduct independent research and advocate for usability and accessibility in design
• Advanced skills in production-ready design, including interaction and visual design
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and navigating trade-offs in value, usability, feasibility, and viability
• Strong communication skills focused on customer outcomes and storytelling that influences product strategy
