Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading the design of user-centric solutions, the full-time Senior Product Designer will manage end-to-end design processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and conduct usability testing to enhance product experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design process from ideation to final production, creating intuitive user interfaces
• Collaborate with user researchers and cross-functional teams to iterate on design solutions based on user feedback
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products while mentoring junior designers

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing products
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and a solid understanding of interaction design principles
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design iterations
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts and design systems
• Ability to translate complex problems into simple, elegant design solutions
