Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Creative and driven, the full-time Senior Product Designer will lead design projects for the Monetization Agency team, focusing on transforming core features and driving product development in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive vision and strategies for the Agency team, managing design projects across the entire product lifecycle
• Design end-to-end products that enhance agency adoption of Pinterest's solutions while minimizing customer journey friction
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to uphold high design execution standards and facilitate cross-functional partnerships

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience designing digital products with a strong portfolio
• Experience in 0 to 1 product development and optimization for complex products
• Expertise in design fundamentals including layout, typography, and color
• Bachelor's degree in design, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to onboard and implement emerging AI tools in the product development process
