Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design for Fountain's CRM product, the full-time Senior Product Designer will lead design initiatives from research to production-ready outputs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of Fountain's CRM product, from discovery through delivery
• Translate complex workflows and data into intuitive, user-centered experiences
• Conduct user research to validate solutions and understand user needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in high-complexity B2B SaaS
• Exceptional interaction design and visual craft with a strong portfolio
• Expert-level proficiency in design tooling, particularly Figma
• Experience in user research and validation to drive product direction
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to balance user needs with business goals
