Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Experienced in mobile app design, the full-time Senior Product Designer will lead efforts to enhance user experience and drive growth within the Fetch app while working remotely in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives that measurably improve user experiences and product features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to align on goals and KPIs
• Conduct design critiques and iterate on feedback to refine product offerings

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in native mobile app design
• Experience building growth- and retention-focused products, particularly in sign-up and onboarding experiences
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, and Protopie
• Experience with animation tools, ideally Rive
• A self-directed approach to prioritization and task management in a fast-paced startup environment
