Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing platform for developers, the full-time Senior Product Designer will design cohesive user experiences for complex, multi-service applications, focusing on system-level observability and deployment coordination in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi-service system views that enhance developer comprehension of service connections and dependencies
• Create system-level observability tools that aggregate logs, metrics, and events for easy access and understanding
• Develop intuitive first-run experiences that build trust and encourage user engagement from the onset

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or similar high-stakes products
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong portfolio showcasing comprehensive user journeys
• Strong information architecture skills to simplify complex relationships into clear designs
• Fluency in developer language, including familiarity with services, CI/CD, and deployments
• Respect for failure states and experience designing for user challenges beyond the ideal scenario
